Copyright and removal requests

Send it through our message form (choose “Copyright or legal concern”). Please include:

• the work you own (or a link to it),
• the search you ran and the result on our site you want removed (its title and link),
• a way to reach you (an email address in the optional field),
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and that the information is accurate,
• your name, as your signature, and whether you are the owner or act for them.

• We aim to reply within 2 business days.
• If the request is valid, we stop showing that result (and remove any cached copy of it). Content that stays on the original website is up to that website.
• We keep a record of requests and what we did.
• If something of yours was removed and you think that was a mistake, send a counter-notice the same way, explaining why.

For anything else (wrong or harmful information, privacy, a broken result), use the same form. We don't give legal advice.
